Equipment We Use

Our UV printers can print on almost any rigid and flexible media up to 64mm thick by up to 64" wide.

From outdoor signage and standing displaysto Fine Art and decoration, our HP Scitex FB550 is more than capable of producing a wide range of quality applications. With the optional white ink system, stunning backlit displays and bold window graphics can easily be produced.

The HP Latex 330 large format printer uses water-based inks that produce odourless, scratch-resistant prints and is great for indoor locations such as healthcare facilities, nurseries and waiting rooms. We produce wallpaper for the newly refurbished Donna's Dream House.

Our in-house Exel CNC HD1224 Router has a maximum area of 4ft X 8ft allowing us to place fully printed sheets down for cutting either profile or pockets, engraving, V-carving, inlays plus much, much more.

We have 5 screen printing bases which vary in size from 24" X 12" to 72" X 48". Screen printing is used to apply ink to any flat surface, wood, glass, perspex, metal and many more surfaces. Screen printing is favoured as a printing method due to the saturated colours that it creates with ink.

If you're completely new to the term large format printing it's generally understood as full colour digital output at widths over 1.5m, usually to rolled materials such as paper, self-adhesive vinyl, polyester and banner PVC, which we can carry out due to our continued investment in advanced printing machinery.
